You can choose to enable or disable Somnofy playing audio when powered up.
Somnofy has a built-in speaker that plays sounds upon powering the unit and a voice giving instructions for the setup process. If you want to disable this type of information, you can follow these steps.
- Enter the menu from the main screen by tapping the hamburger button in the top-left corner.
- Choose Device to open the device settings.
- Scroll down through the Device Settings until you reach Audio.
- Disable Audio.
With disabled Audio functionality, your Somnofy unit will not make any sound during the night, if there is a power outage and Somnofy restarts. The Smart Alarm feature and the Guided Breathing functionality will be unaffected. These need to be disabled separately.
