How should you place the Somnofy unit in your bedroom?
The placement of Somnofy in your bedroom is probably the single most important aspect to determine if your sleep analysis will turn out perfectly.
- Place Somnofy 0-20 inches above your bed.
- Point the center of Somnofy’s head towards the middle of your upper body when lying in bed.
- Sort the cable orderly and out of the way.
- Check for moving objects (fans, curtains) that could interfere with Somnofy.
- Measure the distance from your device to the end of your bed, or to the middle of the bed if you are sleeping with another person, and set the right distance in the device settings.
