The status showing right below your Somnofy device name is an important indicator of a successful connection to the internet.
The picture to the left shows the status Online signifying that everything is working as it should. Somnofy is connected to the internet and can analyze your sleep without problems.
If the status switches to Offline written in red colors, you should check the WiFi settings.
An unstable WiFi connection can lead to Somnofy losing network connection repeatedly. Try better the strength of the WiFi signal by moving the router closer to the physical location of Somnofy or get a WiFi repeater in your local electronics store.
