Deactivate sleep monitoring

Disabling sleep monitoring can be used to focus only on nighttime sleep for service recipients who take regular naps during the day. It can also be used for service recipients who are in bed 24/7 so that the sleep session is split at a specific time.

Open Administration at health.somnofy.com and find the zone of the device for which you want to disable sleep monitoring. You can find the deactivation button in the device settings.

Press the button and select the period of time you want sleep monitoring to be disabled.

The changes become active immediately, you do not need to save the page.

 

  • To break up a sleep session for service recipients who are in bed 24/7, we recommend a 5-minute window in the middle of the day: 12:00 - 12:05
  • To disable sleep measurement during the day, choose a time that will not overlap with the person getting up in the morning and going to bed at night: 10:00 - 18:00
